Mojy Haddad, President, founded Oakhollow Group late 1980's to develop, acquire, own and manage high quality commercial real estate projects through-out North Texas. He is also the co-founder and president of CHS Architects, an affiliated company, which was established in 1984 and has provided architectural services for commercial projects through-out the country, Asia, Australia and Europe. Through Oakhollow Group and its affiliated company, CHS Architects, Mr. Haddad has developed, designed and built several million square foot of retail/office and entertainment facilities. Oakhollow Group has enjoyed a tremendous success and admiration, by the retail/office industry leaders and tenants alike, for the unique and high quality and urban style spaces that it has created.
Prior to forming Oakhollow Group and CHS Architects, Mr. Haddad started his professional career with Trammell Crow’s Development Division and later JRT Development in Dallas.
Mr. Haddad, a registered Architect in Texas and many other states, graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Master’s Degree in Architecture and Master’s Degree in City and Regional Planning. Mr. Haddad has lived in Arlington since 1974. He is very active in the community and civic functions.
