This mixed-use development which includes class "A" offices on the second floor and retail / restaurants on the first floor and is located near the intersection of NE Green Oaks Blvd. and Hwy 360 which both are primary roads to the new AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field and Park, and Arlington's Entertainment District.
